We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Event Coordinator to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have a passion for planning, executing, and managing events of all sizes. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure successful event delivery from concept to completion.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute a wide range of events, including conferences, corporate meetings, trade shows, and private functions
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal departments to ensure all logistics are in place
Develop and maintain event timelines, budgets, and schedules
Conduct site visits, create floor plans, and manage event setup and teardown
Communicate regularly with clients to understand objectives and provide updates
Ensure all events comply with safety and legal requirements
Handle on-site event management and resolve any issues as they arise
Evaluate event success and prepare post-event reports
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
1-3 years of experience in event planning or coordination
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event planning tools
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
