Location: Greater Phoenix, AZ
Compensation: $70,000 – $90,000 annually
We are seeking an EH&S Manager who is fluent in Mandarin and English to support a growing manufacturing operation in the Phoenix area. This role will lead safety and environmental programs, ensure compliance with regulations, and help build a strong culture of workplace safety.
This is a hands-on position that will start as an individual contributor and grow into a team leadership role as operations expand.
Develop and manage EH&S programs, policies, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Partner with operations to maintain safe equipment, processes, and training.
Lead investigations and corrective actions for safety incidents.
Oversee chemical, process, and equipment safety, ergonomics, and waste management.
Build and lead emergency response efforts.
Work with internal teams and external resources as needed to support EH&S needs.
Bilingual in Mandarin and English (required).
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
6+ years of EH&S experience in manufacturing (semiconductor, solar, or chemical preferred).
Professional certification (CSP, CIH, or CHMM).
Strong knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
Willingness to support a 24/7 manufacturing environment and occasional travel.
