We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team and help support our day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities
• Perform accurate and timely data entry for invoices, payments, and other transactions
• Assist with invoice coding, approvals, and vendor statement reconciliations
• Help with routine accounting tasks and month-end close support
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP and company procedures
• Work cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies and improve workflow

Preferred Experience:

• 2–3 years of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Familiarity with GAAP and standard accounting practices
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
• Quick learner, able to work independently and adapt to new systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
