Position Overview

As an Entry-Level Management Trainee , you’ll gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, leadership, and event coordination. This role is perfect for ambitious individuals who want to learn, grow, and contribute to something that matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in retail environments to promote charity campaigns and inspire donations

• Represent nonprofit partners with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity

• Assist in planning and executing in-store marketing events and outreach campaigns

• Deliver exceptional customer service and clearly communicate campaign goals

• Support and mentor new team members as you grow into leadership roles

• Track and analyze campaign and performance metrics

• Collaborate in team meetings and share creative ideas for improving results

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly, positive, and passionate about helping others

• Adaptable and thrives in fast-paced, team-driven settings

• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and embrace professional growth

• Experience in customer service, sales, or leadership is a plus — not required
