**Job Description:** Drawing and producing solid wire for packaging according to Route Card / process sheet and production schedule requirements. + Operate safely and identify, report, and correct unsafe situations. + Follow process specifications for machine setup and production. + Complete machine setup, change over, and troubleshooting in a timely manner. + Perform specified quality checks including visual inspections. + Enter data in Route Card including quality checks and product specification. + Place nonconforming products on hold. + Report maintenance issues as they arise. + Operate a forklift and electric pallet jack. + Perform restock and housekeeping. + Read and followproduction schedule. + Willing to train on and operate other machines / processes, as necessary. + Run multiple machines simultaneously. + Monitor multiple liquid tanks for appropriate fill level and temperature. **Qualifications** + Training onapplicable Draw Bench machinery is preferred. + Previous forklift experience is preferred but not required. + Able to safely load / unload reels in and out of machine. + Able to meet/exceed specified production rates. + Possess an excellent quality record. + Able to work overtime when required. + Able to meet expectations for safety, attendance, and time management. + Possess an excellent attitude, communication, and team working skills. + Able to work continuously in a non-climate-controlled environment. **Compensation Information:** . _ITW is an equal opportunity employer.
