Job Description

**Overview:**

We seek a highly organized and resourceful **Digital Marketing & Administrative Virtual Assistant** to provide end-to-end support in managing digital campaigns while handling executive and administrative tasks. This role requires strong marketing knowledge, analytical skills, and administrative efficiency to help streamline business operations.

**Core Responsibilities:**

**Digital Marketing Support**

* Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and PPC.
* Manage content calendars, schedule posts, and ensure brand consistency across platforms.
* Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and keyword research for campaign strategy.
* Prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Assist with website updates, landing page creation, and lead-generation funnels.
* Manage email marketing workflows, list segmentation, and performance tracking.
* Monitor trends and emerging tools in digital marketing to recommend best practices.

**Administrative Support**

* Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate communications.
* Organize files, maintain databases, and update records for ongoing projects.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and client use.
* Handle correspondence, draft professional emails, and maintain task management systems.
* Provide support in client onboarding, invoicing, and follow-up communications.
* Coordinate between teams to ensure deadlines and priorities are met.

**Qualifications:**

* Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Marketing Assistant, or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (social media, Google Ads, email tools, analytics).
* Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management software).
* Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
* Ability to prioritize, work independently, and handle confidential information.

**Preferred Skills (a plus, not required):**

* WordPress or website management experience.
* Graphic design or video editing (Canva, Adobe, etc.).
* CRM or automation tool experience (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
