About the Customer Service Representative Position

Audio Images is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our clients. In this role, you'll ensure every client receives outstanding service, manage service tickets, and collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless support. If you're organized, communicative, and passionate about client satisfaction, we want to meet you!

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact via phone, email, and text.
• Listen to client concerns and provide clear, professional communication.
• Manage and document client issues in our ticketing system to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve service requests.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering an excellent customer experience.

Customer Service Representative Requirements

• 1–3 years of customer service or related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Google Suite and CRM tools.
• Confident phone presence and professional demeanor.
• Must be a team player
• Interest in the audiovisual industry is a plus.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Range

• $24 to $26 Dollars per hour
