Job Duties: + Coordinates activities of TCHATT project related to scheduling, including scheduling appointments in Epic. + Consults with leadership to address customer concerns to determine resolution. + Interprets program and services to patient/ responsible party regarding appointment policy and guidelines. + Adheres to internal controls established for department. + Performs related duties as required. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.
