Position Summary:
V-Tech Solutions, Inc. is seeking a skilled and motivated Contract Administrator to join our Contracts team. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of contract administration—from proposal development and negotiation to compliance monitoring and closeout. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting federal, state, and local contracts, and will serve as a key liaison between internal teams and external clients.
Requirements:
• 5–8 years of experience in full lifecycle contract management and administration
• Experience with GSA Schedules and federal agencies such as EPA and DoD
• Familiarity with federal/state procurement regulations and policies
• Experience with contract types including FFP, T&M, LH, and Cost Reimbursable
• Working knowledge of proposal environments and contract closeout procedures
• Strong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint ERP (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
