Location: This is a hybrid opportunity in Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gurugram area.

About the role

As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer III , you will support the design, configuration, and deployment of Cisco Webex Calling solutions across multiple customer environments. We will count on you to collaborate closely with senior engineers, project managers, and customers to deliver reliable, secure, and well-documented Webex Calling implementations. Along the way, you will get to:

• Assist in the deployment and configuration of Cisco Webex Calling 
• Execute implementation tasks such as provisioning users, devices, locations, and dial plans.
• Support porting activities, PSTN setup, and integration with customer networks.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on solution design, testing, and validation.
• Prepare configuration documentation, test plans, and cutover guides for customer hand-off.
• Participate in pre-deployment assessments, requirement gathering, and design reviews.
• Deliver high-quality, consistent implementation work across concurrent customer projects.

What we’re looking for

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with VoIP, UC, or Cisco collaboration systems.
• Familiarity with Cisco Webex Calling, Webex Control Hub, or similar cloud calling platforms.
• Understanding of SIP signaling, RTP media, and VoIP fundamentals.
• Working knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, VLANs, QoS, and DNS.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, and process adherence.
• Ability to manage multiple project tasks and meet delivery deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cisco certifications such as CCNA, CCT Collaboration, or progress toward CCNP Collaboration.
• Experience configuring Cisco CUBE, routers, or SBCs for SIP trunking.
• Familiarity with Webex Dedicated Instance, CUCM, or hybrid calling architectures.
• Experience with number porting, PSTN integrations, or E911 setup.
• Exposure to automation or scripting (Python, REST APIs).
• Prior experience in a Cisco partner, systems integrator, or implementation services role.
