Required Skills : * Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience * PMP, IIBA, or Prosci Change Management certification preferred * Salesforce System Administrator certification highly desirable * 5 years of experience in business analysis, IT service delivery, or system implementation with strong knowledge of analysis and design standards * Proven experience in change management and increasing user adoption of new systems * Working knowledge of Salesforce workflows, reports, dashboards, and admin configuration is highly desirable * Familiarity with ITIL or similar service management frameworks is a plus * Skilled in Jira or similar agile project tools, including ticket creation and reporting * Strong facilitation and communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders * Track record of delivering clear, high-quality requirements that support scalable, maintainable solutions * Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and Teams * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments while leading project teams * Highly analytical and self-motivated, with the ability to identify issues, document findings, and recommend solutions
