Manhattan Project Beer Co is looking for a Facilities Technician to join our team in Dallas. This full-time, on-site position is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the craft beer and beverage industry and are eager to contribute to our operational excellence.

As a Facilities Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our facilities to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. You will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of crafting high-quality beers and fostering a thriving brewery atmosphere.

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $50,000 annually, along with benefits, including Health Insurance, that support your personal and professional growth within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance of facilities and equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
  • Assist in the setup and dismantling of production equipment
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
  • Coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs and services
  • Support the implementation of facility improvement projects
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
