Qualifications

• BILINGUAL PREFERRED BUT NOT A REQUIREMENT

Interested candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and a successful track record in closing finance product sales and driving a high PVR, while maintaining excellent CSI

• Excellent communication skills (including listening, speaking)
• Ability to read, speak and understand English
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work alone, self motivate and manage one's own time
• Physical ability to use computer hardware/software
• Team player with a positive attitude Computer literate Organized and extremely detail-oriented Ability to prioritize Deadline-oriented General math skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee dealership customer loan origination and approval process
• Establish and maintain strong relations with our lenders
• Determine the customer's need for financing and explore payment options
• Establish a positive relationship with customers as they are presented products and services
• Present beneficial products offered by the dealership
• Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state and federal guidelines
• Daily follow up with lenders to ensure deals are funded

Pay: $72,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
