As our Bar Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering top-notch service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily bar operations, including inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Leading and mentoring a team of bartenders and support staff to maintain high performance and morale.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
- Crafting and maintaining an innovative and appealing drink menu.
- Managing budgets, monitoring sales, and implementing strategies to maximize profitability.
- Delivering an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards of service and ambiance.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- 5+ years of experience in bar or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- A deep understanding of bar operations, including inventory, budgeting, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A passion for nightlife and creating memorable guest experiences.
