Shift Time: 5:00am to 3:30pm

Starting Pay: $19.50

As a Second-Level Assembler on the Harvey Team , you will perform intermediate-level assembly work using hand and power tools. This position requires the ability to read a tape measure accurately and work with various tools and materials to meet production and quality standards. Tasks require prior experience and a demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and fabricate products using hand and power tools (e.g., staple guns, drills, saws)

  • Accurately measure materials using a tape measure and follow schematics or blueprints

  • Perform quality inspections and ensure all products meet defined standards

  • Identify and report non-conforming materials or assembly issues

  • Support continuous improvement and maintain 5S/housekeeping practices

  • Assist in training new team members when needed

  • Safely lift and move materials up to 50 lbs and operate in a team-based manufacturing environment
