FIT STREET is looking for a driven, high-level coach who wants stability, leadership opportunity, and a real chance to make an impact . This role is for a true go-getter — someone who believes in going above and beyond to uphold FIT STREET’s coaching quality, brand standards, and member experience.

THE ROLE: 

A blend of coaching, leadership, operations, and behind-the-scenes work that keeps the gym running at an elite level.

You Will:

• Lead 14–20 group fitness classes/week
• Provide 1-on-1 training and earn 50% on all PT sessions performed
  (PT is $75–$80/session — $37.50–$40 goes to you)
• Manage weekly staff scheduling
• Train, develop, and onboard new coaches
• Maintain coaching + brand standards and reinforce our culture
• Handle opening/closing duties & daily operations
• Conduct monthly quality-control walkthroughs
• Support member experience + light admin tasks
• Assist with social media highlights/content
• Dedicate ~10 additional hours/week outside of class times for:
  • Member communication & follow-ups
  • Social media capture/posting
  • Admin + operational support
  • Staff coordination & quality control

• Certified (NASM, ACE, ISSA, CF-L1/L2, CSCS, etc.) preferred but not required if skill is proven
