Location: AMERICAN AIRLINES ADMIRALS CLUBS at Miami International Airport!

Workdays/shifts: VARIED WORKDAYS - Day (starting at 4:30 am) and Evening (starting at 2:30 pm) WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS INCLUDED

Employment Type: Full-time 

Pay: $17.85 per hour

What You’ll Do:
As an Airport Lounge Wait Staff team member, you’ll serve as the face of hospitality in a premium airport lounge. You’ll ensure guests receive prompt, courteous service in a polished, professional setting. This is a high-touch, customer-facing role in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests warmly; present menus and ensure a welcoming experience.
• Serve food and beverages following proper service etiquette and standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely food delivery and cleanliness.
• Maintain a clean and stocked work area; assist in food prep and storage when needed.
• Operate or assist with cash handling or payment systems as required.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety guidelines.
• Arrive on time and ready to contribute to a positive team culture.
• Support other duties as needed based on location and lounge needs.

Who You Are:

• Reliable, friendly, and enthusiastic about customer service.
• Comfortable working in a hospitality or food service environment.
• A team player who thrives in fast-paced, premium service settings.
• Food handling/safety knowledge is a plus.
• 1+ years of restaurant/server experience is a must
