Job Summary/Purpose:
The Gemini 3 Group is seeking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide organizational and operational support to the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Defense Nuclear Weapons School (DNWS) located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Location:  

• On-Site daily at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Defense Nuclear Weapons School (DNWS) on Kirtland Air Force Base.
• Telework not authorized.

Essential Responsibilities/Functions:  

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working both independently and in a team environment and interacting with DoD Senior Leaders on a regular basis.
• Prepare a variety of briefing materials (e.g., presentations, talking points, analyses), program plans, and supporting documentation.
• Receive, analyze, and distribute taskers to relevant DNWS Departments, tracking progress and ensuring the timely receipt and coordination of formal responses.
• Assist in project managing workshops, training sessions, conferences, and meetings, including planning, organization, execution, and documentation.
• Ability to manage DoD Awards and military evaluation program.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: 

• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of military personnel management systems, including evaluations, training, and awards.
• Working knowledge of official correspondence procedures, records management principles, and general office administration practices.

Required Education/Experience:

• Active Secret Clearance
• High School Diploma or equivalent
