Job Title:  Administrative Assistant
Location: Edina, MN or Maple Grove, MN
Type: 4-Month Contract
Compensation: $19.45
Contractor Work Model:  Hybrid (On-site Tuesday–Thursday, remote Monday and Friday)

System One is recruiting an Administrative Assistant for a contract position working a hybrid schedule out of Edina, MN or Maple Grove, MN.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to two directors
• Managing calendars, taking meeting notes, coordinating meetings
• Email timecard reminders to ~30 designers.
• Responsible for reviewing time submissions before closeout for manager approvals.

Administrative Assistant Requirements:

• Experience supporting directors or executives, exposure to large teams (50+ employees).
• Experience with UKG (timekeeping software).
• 1–3 years of administrative support or customer service experience,
• Microsoft Office (especially Outlook for calendar management), strong communication skills, organization, meeting coordination.
